Medical & Treatment Disclaimer

This page explains, in plain terms, what our treatment can and cannot promise — and forms part of the terms under which every in-person and telemedicine consultation with Dr. Dorwal is provided.

No treatment, medicine, or advice offered by Dr. Dorwal is represented, promised, or guaranteed to cure any disease or condition that mainstream medical science has classified as incurable, terminal, or without a definitive cure.

No Claim to Cure ``Incurable`` Conditions

Where a disease or condition has been declared by established medical science (allopathic/conventional medicine) to be incurable, chronic and lifelong, terminal, or presently without a known definitive cure — including but not limited to conditions such as Type 1 Diabetes, most autoimmune disorders, advanced-stage cancers, genetic disorders, and similar conditions — Dr. Dorwal does NOT claim, advertise, promise, or guarantee a cure, complete reversal, or permanent elimination of that condition through homoeopathic or any other treatment offered. Any treatment offered for such conditions is intended solely as supportive, palliative, or symptom-management care aimed at improving comfort and quality of life — never as a substitute for, or a promised alternative to, established medical treatment.

Response to homoeopathic treatment differs from patient to patient based on constitution, disease stage, compliance, and several other factors beyond the physician's control. So, No specific outcome, timeline, or percentage of improvement is guaranteed for any condition, curable or otherwise. Past results shared on this website or elsewhere (testimonials, case studies) are individual experiences and do not guarantee a similar outcome for any other patient.

Not a Substitute for Emergency or Conventional Care

Dr. Dorwal's practice does not replace emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, the patient must immediately contact the nearest hospital or dial local emergency services — not wait for a tele-consultation. Patients already under treatment with another physician/specialist for a diagnosed condition must not discontinue, alter, or stop any prescribed allopathic or other medication without first consulting the physician who prescribed it. Homeopathic treatment offered here may, where appropriate, be pursued as a complementary/supportive measure alongside — not in replacement of — ongoing conventional treatment, at the patient's own informed discretion.

Scope of Telemedicine Consultation

Consultations conducted over call, video, or messaging are provided in accordance with applicable telemedicine practice guidelines for Registered Homoeopathic Practitioners in India. Patients should be aware that: Diagnosis and advice given remotely are based entirely on the information, history, reports, and images the patient provides, and are inherently limited by the absence of a physical examination & physician reserves the right to decline a tele-consultation and recommend an in-person visit or referral to another specialist wherever it is felt necessary for patient safety.

Accuracy of Information Provided by Patient

The patient is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information about their medical history, current diagnoses, medication, allergies, and reports. Dr. Dorwal is not liable for any outcome arising from incomplete, incorrect, or withheld information provided by the patient or their attendant.

Privacy of Medical Records

All patient records, communication, and reports shared during in-person or tele-consultation are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of treatment, in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law. Records may be shared with another treating specialist only with the patient's consent, or where required by law.

Governing Law

This disclaimer, and every consultation availed under it, is governed by Indian law and subject to applicable professional regulations for registered homoeopathic practitioners.
